Welcome to Savourez fine foods! Laurent Saletti was born in Marseille, France and jokes that he was spoon fed sea urchins and drank Rosé since he was a toddler. His passion for food and the joie de vivre only exemplified as time went on. Having worked at the Hotel Coste in Paris and the famed island of St Barth’s he was engulfed in the seductive world of fine foods and the rich creations of international chefs. While working in St Tropez he met his wife Chantal Fry. She is a Canadian professional figure skater and entrepreneur who had traveled Europe with Holiday on Ice and The Lido de Paris. She began producing her skating shows for the event industry and the performances happened between the main course and dessert. Together they thought; why not marry our love of food, life and France, by providing the best possible ingredients to Toronto’s top chef’s… and so Savourez Fine Foods was born.  Now only two years in business, they have added Ian, the most debonair delivery man from the UK.  Together they giggle over impromptu food tastings in the warehouse.  Bonne ambiance chez Savourez!
